At Revixa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is eligible for return under the conditions outlined below.

Eligible Returns

A return or replacement may be approved if:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received a defective product.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for products that:

  • Have been used or damaged after delivery.

  • Are returned without original packaging.

  • Show signs of misuse or improper handling.

  • Are returned after the 7-day return period.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Replacements

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to verification.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
